Course Profile
Leaders in the adult care sector are harder to find. However, the demand for such learners to guide and support the vital work of the sector is even greater. Are you currently working in the adult care sector and is now looking for your first leadership role? This qualification is just what you need.
This qualification develops the knowledge and skills needed when working in a lead adult care worker role in care settings. It covers a wide range of areas including supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care, daily living needs and health and social care procedures. This qualification also aligns to the Apprenticeship Standard for Lead Adult Care Worker.
Course Content
This programme has a requirement to achieve a total of 58 credits for the Diploma, with 35 of these credits being at Level 3 or above. All learners must complete the 9 mandatory units listed below, thereby achieving a total of 28 credits and a minimum of 30 credits from the optional units

Progression to higher level studies
Level 3 qualifications aim to facilitate progression to higher level study, which requires knowledge and skills different from those gained at levels 1 and 2. Level 3 qualifications enable learners to:

interpret and evaluate relevant information and ideas
understand the nature of the area of study or work
demonstrate an awareness of different perspectives and approaches

Qualification Fees by flexible monthly payment plan.
Our payments terms are made flexible to enables those interested in the course to create a monthly payment plan to pay for studying. There is no credit check, the initial deposit is £500, then the outstanding total is divided into the required number of months up to 10 months.
Learners can choose from the following monthly payment plans options:
Initial deposit £500before registration
10 months payment plan – Pay £100/month for 10 months
8 months payment plan – Pay £125/month for 8 months
6 months payment plan – Pay £167/month for 6 months
3 months payment plan – Pay £334/month for 3 months
Once the full payment £1500 has been received, no other payment is required.
The payment made for this course covers IAG for the qualification, registration, training support and certification.
Note: Our Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care course is an Ofqual regulated course.
Qualification Delivery Process.
Initial learning Payment £500, for Level 3 Diploma in Adult care.
Creation of the Learning Accounton Teams and registration with the awarding body.
Learner is assigned a tutor and initial learning resources and induction are provided to the Learner.
Learner is contacted by Finance admin to create their monthly payment plan.
Learner actively agrees to Policies, especially agreeing not to cheat on their assignments.
Qualification Enrolment completed
Further learning resources provided to the learner by their tutor via online classes on Teams and on their learning account.
Regular tutorials to further support learning
