Principles of Providing Administrative Services: organising meetings, travel and accommodation, managing diary systems, using office equipment and the use of mail services in a business context.
Principles of Document Production and Information Management: preparing and distributing business documents and managing information in business organisations.
Understand Employer Organisations: organisational structures and the organisational environment.
Manage Personal Performance and Development: managing own performance, time and workload. Fulfilling a personal development plan and seeking feedback on performance.
Develop Working Relationships with Colleagues: effective team working. maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and working collaboratively to resolve problems.
Plus a range of options to choose covering a variety of tasks and skills such as: work responsibilities, bespoke document production, events and meetings, communications, customer service, managing information and data, working with social media and information technology.

Qualification Fees by flexible monthly payment plan.
Our payments terms are made flexible to enables those interested in the course to create a monthly payment plan to pay for studying. There is no credit check, the initial deposit is £200, then the outstanding total is divided into the required number of months up to 6 months.
Learners can choose from the following monthly payment plans options:
Initial deposit £200before registration
6 months payment plan – Pay £100/month for 6 months
3 months payment plan – Pay £134/month for 3 months
Once the full payment £600 has been received, no other payment is required.
The payment made for this course covers IAG for the qualification, registration, training support and certification.
Note: Our Level 2 Diploma in Business Admin course is an Ofqual regulated course.
Qualification Delivery Process.
Initial learning Payment £200, for Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration.
Creation of the Learning Accounton Teams and registration with the awarding body.
Learner is assigned a tutor and initial learning resources and induction are provided to the Learner.
Learner is contacted by Finance admin to create their monthly payment plan.
Learner actively agrees to Policies, especially agreeing not to cheat on their assignments.
Qualification Enrolment completed
Further learning resources provided to the learner by their tutor via online classes on Teams and on their learning account.
Regular tutorials to further support learning
Learning done by the learner, and ongoing Learning Support by a tutor
Assessment of Knowledge-based Assessment Criteria by an Assessor, and Feedback

Who is this course for?
This qualification is suitable for learners aged pre-16 and above.
