Can I change my course?You can change your course, however you must let us know and together we will try to find the best alternatives. Be sure to consider your decision several times.

How can I get the course certificate?Your course certificate will be issued to you at the end of the course once all modules have been completed and you have successfully graduated.

How many days per week is attendance required?You are normally required to attend the course twice a week. Please note that some of the courses have different requirements, which means you could end up studying one day in class and the other taking the course online.

Do I receive study resources from the organization?You will receive everything you need to successfully complete your course.

Can I study more than one course at the same time?Unfortunately, you cannot study multiple courses at the same time due to regulations.

Do my tutors have experience?All our teachers are experienced, having previously worked in other organizations. We ensure that a good level of academic content is delivered.

What if I cannot attend the course due to personal problems?Whenever you cannot attend a course, please let us know. Please note that we expect to be notified each time you miss class.

How many assignment projects do I receive?The number of assignments or class work projects that are taught may vary from course to course. Make sure you read the course specifications carefully and you will be able to find out about this in the module list.
