Course Content
Deliver Customer Service: is all about preparing to deal with customers, providing customer service and supporting improvements to customer service delivery. You will show, through real examples of work, how you prepare resources to be able to deal with customers, provide levels of customer service that meet customers’ needs and also identify developments where customer service could be improved.
Understand Customers: you will demonstrate your knowledge of different types of customers and the value of your customers and their loyalty.
Principles of Customer Service: aims to develop knowledge and understanding regarding the key principles of customer service and how to deliver it effectively. You will be encouraged to develop an awareness of how legal and ethical requirements relate to customer service and demonstrate understanding of the management of customer service information.
Understand Employer Organisations: you will develop an understanding of organisational structures and the organisational environment.
Manage Personal Performance and Development: you will show how you manage your performance, time and workload. Also identifying your own development needs and fulfilling a personal development plan.

Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading
Level 2 and 3 Diplomas in Business Administration

Qualification Fees by flexible monthly payment plan.
Our payments terms are made flexible to enables those interested in the course to create a monthly payment plan to pay for studying. There is no credit check, the initial deposit is £200, then the outstanding total is divided into the required number of months up to 6 months.
Learners can choose from the following monthly payment plans options:
Initial deposit £200before registration
6 months payment plan – Pay £100/month for 6 months
3 months payment plan – Pay £134/month for 3 months
Once the full payment £600 has been received, no other payment is required.
The payment made for this course covers IAG for the qualification, registration, training support and certification.
Note: Our Level 2 Diploma in Business Admin course is an Ofqual regulated course.
Qualification Delivery Process.
Initial learning Payment £200, for Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service.
Creation of the Learning Accounton Teams and registration with the awarding body.
Learner is assigned a tutor and initial learning resources and induction are provided to the Learner.
Learner is contacted by Finance admin to create their monthly payment plan.
Learner actively agrees to Policies, especially agreeing not to cheat on their assignments.
Qualification Enrolment completed
Further learning resources provided to the learner by their tutor via online classes on Teams and on their learning account.
Regular tutorials to further support learning
Learning done by the learner, and ongoing Learning Support by a tutor
Assessment of Knowledge-based Assessment Criteria by an Assessor, and Feedback
Assessment of Skills-based Assessment Criteria by an Assessor, and Feedback
Building the Learner’s Portfolio of Evidence, by the Assessor
Internal Quality Assurance of the Learner’s Portfolio of Evidence
External Quality Assurance of the Learner’s Portfolio of Evidence
Awarding Body Certification and issuing of the Hard-copy certificates confirming achievement of the full diploma according to the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF)

Who is this course for?
This qualification is designed for learners aged 16 and above who are working in or are looking to work in a customer service role or similar.
